Commissioned composition for Sebastian Wielandt

The German Music Council supports Sebastian Wielandt with the commissioned work "Percussion Solo Concerto with Orchestra" to the 23-year-old composer Said Azh. The two artists met at the Jeunesses Musicales DE in Weikersheim as part of the "Jugend Komponiert" support project. Sebastian Wielandt supervised the composers and their submitted works there in 2022 with regard to the percussion instrument as a lecturer and musician. The solo concerto is expected to be completed in mid to late 2023.
